Estamos creciendo y nos encontramos en búsqueda de un(a) SUBDIRECTOR/A GROWTH MARKETING para nuestro equipo de Mercadotecnia.

¿Cuál es el objetivo del puesto?

Crear, liderar y ejecutar estrategias integrales de marketing que impacten positivamente en los diversos segmentos de clientes de la banca de inversión. Este ejecutivo será el encargado de diseñar y poner en marcha campañas innovadoras y eficientes que no solo atraigan a nuevos clientes, sino que también fomenten una interacción continua y significativa con los clientes actuales, adaptando los mensajes y ofertas a las necesidades específicas de cada segmento del mercado.

¿Cuáles serán tus retos?

  • Identifica y clasifica los diferentes segmentos de clientes dentro del mercado, diseñando estrategias de marketing específicas que se alineen con las características y necesidades de cada grupo. Colabora con equipos de análisis de datos y ventas para obtener insights profundos que guíen la creación de campañas.
  • Lidera la planificación, ejecución y supervisión de todas las campañas de marketing dirigidas a los distintos segmentos de clientes, mediante la coordinación con los equipos de marketing, ventas y producto para asegurar que las campañas se implementen de manera eficiente y efectiva. Utiliza herramientas de gestión de proyectos para monitorear los avances y asegura la coherencia en los mensajes y tácticas en todos los canales.
  • Evalúa la efectividad de las campañas de marketing mediante el análisis de KPI's y métricas de rendimiento. Realiza ajustes basados en los resultados obtenidos.
  • Dirige y desarrolla el equipo de marketing a su cargo, asegurando que todos los miembros tengan las habilidades y recursos necesarios para desempeñar sus funciones eficazmente.
  • Mantiene al equipo y a la organización a la vanguardia de las tendencias en marketing digital y tecnología.

¿Qué necesitas tener?

Licenciatura en mercadotecnia, comunicación, administración o afín.

Experiencia como Head o Gerente de Growth o similar.

Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, orientación al logro, Orientación al cliente, comunicación efectiva y resolución de problemas.
