Training Coordinator

Your Tasks & Responsabilities

  • Responsable de implementar la estrategia de capacitación ad hoc para diferentes áreas de la División y de hacer las recomendaciones necesarias para su ejecución
  • Creación, desarrollo y administración de herramientas direccionadas a impactar los indicadores clave del área comercial que permitan monitorear el desempeño del personal de manera mensual.
  • Creación y Desarrollo de programas de formación para clientes externos que ayuden a mejorar la relación comercial
  • Creación Total de cursos y programas de desarrollo para el personal de Ventas, Marketing, Shopper, KAMS y Clientes
  • Generar programas de coaching y mentoring para posiciones clave a partir de una correcta detección de necesidades de formación.
  • Administrar de manera eficiente el presupuesto asignado para capacitación en el país.
  • Elaboración de procedimientos para Targeting y Segmentación, así como Tablas de Recorrido
  • Apoyar al Training Manager en el desarrollo y ejecución de programas de entrenamiento que aceleren la transformación digital de nuestra organización

Who You Are:

  • Licenciatura con Orientación Comercial o Comunicaciones
  • Conocimientos en la Industria Farmacéutica deseable
  • Experiencia relevante en implementación de Estrategias de Capacitación
  • Experiencia en modelos de Competencia
  • Pensamiento Crítico
  • Abierto a ideas y con
  • Entendimiento a profundidad de procesos.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en capacitación de contenidos médicos/ comerciales
  • Liderazgo, Extrovertido, Empático, Creativo y con Disponibilidad para Viajar
