Responsibilities:
  • Join the Kondor Engineering Support Group in Guadalajara to provide top-notch customer service to local and international clients.
  • Work with the Fusion Capital Kondor team on a cutting-edge trade and risk management solution for global trading activities.
  • Assist clients in real-time across different asset classes and market instruments.
  • Seeking dynamic individuals keen on learning and contributing to the team's success.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Junior Technical Customer Support Engineer:
  • Timely User Support:
    • Respond to user requests within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Ensure clients can effectively use the product according to their requirements.
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Keep clients updated on the progress of issue resolution.
    • Manage and track issues sent to other departments for customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Collaborate with the triage team as you gain experience.
    • Contribute to regular and ad-hoc reports.
    • Provide valuable feedback to other departments.
    • JIRA Integration:
      • Create defects in JIRA as needed.
      • Utilize JIRA for efficient issue tracking and resolution.
Required Experience:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Customer Focus: Genuine desire to understand and fulfill client needs.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Education (an asset): Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Technical Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux/Windows Server environments.
  • Understanding of MS-SQL/Sybase databases.
  • Knowledge of OpenOIDC/Oauth2/LDAPs (an asset).
  • Exposure to Kubernetes/OpenShift/Helm (an asset).
  • Cloud experience (an asset).
