This role will be the SPOC for all CH Product Supply deliverables to internal customers out of LATAM. This accountability includes but is not limited to:

Single CH SCM representative and key point of contact for the outbound international customers out of LATAM. Fully empowered to engage in all decisions needed to deliver on internal customer needs and expectations.
Enabling and supporting LATAM sites to meet all supply deliverables and delight the respective customers thanks to superior service, lead-times, lanes and joint value creation. Accountability for key PS elements of internal customers and key contributor to total success of the markets. Close collaboration with Sites, SCM and Control Tower teams. CFR – Inventories – Successful Launches – Key metricsSPOC and key counterpart and contact from supply and demand planners/managers to meet all supply deliverables, prioritization, allocation and delight the respective customers thanks to superior service and joint value creation from LATAM sites.
Key Outcomes:
CUSTOMER SERVICE/DELIGHT: (i) strong product availability for markets based on leading customer service KPI,>95% CFR. Established joined business plans with internal customer and planners that drive incremental value for our SITES. Ensure VOICE OF CUSTOMERS (thanks to strong customer engagement) is translated back into PS Site TEAMS to master their CASH-COST-SERVICE triangle via (i) correct demand signal (ii) clear join business building plans and (iii) full supply transparency for the customer. CASHFLOW: Right inventories on R&PM and safety stock to deliver service. Minimal excess inventory COST: Focus on efficiency programs for optimal local warehouse and lanes set up to delivery cost optimization RESILIENCE: Target percentage of product families with (i) target capacity-to-demand- ratio and (ii)target multi-sourcing degree in materials to sustain customer service even in periods of internal/external shocks. Allocation management if needed. INNOVATION: Enable and engage with key to stakeholders from the site and markets to ensure the innovation are delivered as expected.
