¿De qué trata el trabajo?

El Ingeniero de Ventas, DBS ejecuta y promueve las ventas mediante la conciencia del portafolio de bombas domésticas y sistemas residenciales que posee Grundfos en México.

Esta posición reporta directamente a la Gerente de Ventas y puede estar ubicado(a) en Baja California o Guadalajara, MX.

Tenga en cuenta que para esta posición no se puede brindar asistencia de reubicación y los candidatos calificados deben tener autorización para trabajar en México.

Sus principales responsabilidades son:

  • Mantener la base de clientes existente y desarrollar nuevos clientes (distribuidores, representantes, instaladores), ayudar a desarrollar planes, presupuestos y actividades promocionales.
  • Seguimiento de la venta de unidades/proyectos desde la etapa de cotización hasta la etapa de adjudicación.
  • Asegurarse de que los costos sean adecuados y precisos con base en la estrategia de precios de la empresa.
  • Asegurarse de que la selección final del equipo de bombeo sea adecuado para las necesidades del cliente mediante el análisis de sus necesidades.
  • Asegurar la documentación completa y adecuada que se entregará al equipo de servicio al cliente e ingeniería durante el procesamiento del pedido.
  • Participar en actividades de marketing como el Día Grundfos en las instalaciones de los clientes, capacitaciones, etc. Lograr los objetivos acordados de marketing, volumen de ventas y objetivos de contribución.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el coordinador de ventas de Mx y el equipo de ingenieros de ventas, Finanzas, Customer Service y el equipo de Desarrollo de Negocios en la gestión de cuentas.
  • Registrar todas las actividades con los clientes en la herramienta global CRM.
  • Registrar y desarrollar oportunidades en la herramienta global CRM de acuerdo con las directrices de la empresa.

Asegurarse de que los datos del cliente se actualicen en nuestro portafolio

Su experiencia debe ser:

  • Licenciatura y 3-5 años de experiencia como Asesor Comercial o de Ventas
  • Poseer experiencia en el ramo ferretero, residencial y servicios de construcción es indispensable
  • Nivel medio de inglés (capacidad para recibir capacitación, escribir comunicaciones, leer documentos técnicos/comerciales, comunicación verbal con otras personas).
  • Altamente capaz de impactar las perspectivas de los demás.
  • Poseer una gran comprensión de los sistemas relevantes, las leyes y regulaciones locales aplicables para los Servicios de Construcción Doméstica.
