La Dirección General de Engineering es pieza fundamental dentro de la organización del Grupo BBVA México. Participamos como un solo equipo con las demás direcciones generales, aportando valor en la transformación de nuestro banco y de nuestro grupo, nuestra principal responsabilidad reside en desarrollar y operar soluciones tecnológicas y procesos seguros para mejorar la experiencia de nuestros clientes, ofrecer mejores productos y servicios y garantizar la continuidad operativa de nuestro banco.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Liderará el equipo de Data Security en el hub de México de Data Engineering.
  • Colaborará con los equipos globales y locales de Data Security en la ejecución de las diferentes líneas de acción del Programa Global de Seguridad de Datos:
  • Identificación y protección de información críticamente confidencial (ICC).
  • Descubrimiento y etiquetado automatizados de datos.
  • Seguridad y Privacidad en ADA, la nueva plataforma analítica/informacional del Grupo construida en nube pública AWS. Soporte en la migración de procesos y usuarios desde la plataforma Datio on-prem. Aprovechamiento de las capacidades nativas de AWS.
  • Robustecimiento de la seguridad de sistemas analíticos/informacionales legados.
  • Transformación de las operaciones de seguridad en torno a los datos (DataSecOps),.
  • en el desarrollo de la actividad recurrente relacionada con la seguridad de la información, siguiendo el modelo de catálogo de servicios centralizados y descentralizados establecido globalmente por Corporate Security
  • en un entorno global y multidisciplinar, con continuo contacto con las distintas geografías y áreas globales.

Retos del Puesto:

  • Coordinadamente con el resto de especialistas de seguridad del hub de México, asegurará que las operaciones de seguridad específicas en torno a los datos que se presten desde el hub de México estén alineadas al Modelo Operativo de Seguridad.

  • Los requisitos que debes cumplir son los siguientes:

Conocimientos deseables:

  • candidaturas que no tengan esta experiencia directa en Seguridad, pero que aporten un buen conocimiento del entorno y logros reconocidos en otros ámbitos en Ingeniería.
  • valorará experiencia, formación y certificaciones específicas en torno a entornos analíticos de datos, data warehouse, herramientas de BI, data science.

Conocimiento del entorno regulatorio sobre Seguridad de la Información, Protección de Datos y capacidad para articular los principios de riesgo tecnológico y su gestión.

Experiencia liderando proyectos de carácter tecnológico y/o líneas de servicio operativo, especialmente en el ámbito de la seguridad de la información y los datos. Por ejemplo, clasificación/etiquetado de activos, DLP, descubrimiento automatizado de activos, protección de datos en entornos complejos (cloud híbrida, SaaS, data lakes, alta transaccionalidad, privacidad/secreto bancario), gestión de identidades y accesos, monitorización y respuesta ante incidentes (data breaches), etc.

Experiencia en entornos empresariales grandes / complejos / con alta transaccionalidad / organizaciones matriciales / internacionales.

Experiencia en metodologías ágiles.

Experiencia liderando equipos de alto rendimiento y en el desarrollo de talento.

Disponibilidad e iniciativa para realizar viajes puntuales.

Escolaridad:

 Inglés indispensable B2

Se valorará formación y certificaciones específicas en materia de seguridad de la información y ciberseguridad: CISM, CISSP, CCSP, CGEIT, CDPSE, CISA, etc (no indispensable)

Experiencia:

 Mínima 6 años de experiencia en seguridad de la información (frameworks, políticas, estándares, regulaciones, auditorías y gestión del riesgo tecnológico).
