Responsible for making decisions, negotiating, and following up on obtaining sustainable and comprehensive alternatives for TOP clients and the business, so that the CCR - client relationship is more direct, making communication more pleasant directly and effective.

Drive a differentiated best in class experience to our customers through knowledge, empowerment, leveraging GBS capability and partnership while enabling and encouraging increased customer loyalty, satisfaction and business growth.
- Act as secondary contact between the key strategic customers (Growth/ Stars Accounts) and Kerry delivering a world class customer experience for our customers.
- Respond consistently to our customer's needs, understanding that customer relationships are built on positive engagements, outcomes, and experiences.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer facing role: in customer service, account management or sales support, desirable if experience is in food, beverage or pharma sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Order to invoice experience in SAP.
- Advanced English, excellent verbal and written communication skills (is a must
