**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Customer Success Representative** to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for approaching potential customers, generating leads, presenting demos, and focusing on providing the best customer experience for our client database.

**Responsibilities**

  • Sell our Saas Social Media Management Platform to global SMBs and mid-market companies
  • Approach potential clients and generate leads
  • Perform cold-calls, schedule meetings, and present demos
  • Understand the client's needs and maintain a good relationship with customers

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years of experience with Customer Success/Sales
  • Get things done, executor profile
  • Experience working with a different set of software and platforms to generate leads
  • Ability to schedule meetings with decision-makers for the sales team
  • Client-facing experience
  • Advanced English
