Your Role and Responsibilities
- Support clients on Procure to Pay daily processes
- Handle complex transactions involving requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, paying, and accounting for services
- Develop and implement process initiatives
- Skills required: Supply Management, Vendor selection, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and more
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum of 3 years in an Accounts Payable role
- Proficiency in English and native fluency in Spanish
- Ability to work in shifts from Sunday through Saturday, 9am-11pm EST
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Invoice Processing, Accounts Payable, and Travel & Expenses Help Desk
- Degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related field
Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise
Experience supporting clients with US operations (B2C).
