Responsabilidades:
- Llevar a cabo los servicios de acuerdo con el alcance contratado de manera oportuna y con calidad.
- Asegurar de que todos los servicios cumplen con los requisitos de seguridad e higiene de acuerdo con la normatividad de la organización.
- Mantener la actualización del sistema de acuerdo con el firmware más adelante disponible para protegerlo de cualquier tema.
- Mantener los equipos y sistema de la BU asignada con un buen desempeño.
- Soportar al cliente en cualquier asunto reportado de la BU asignada.
- Trabajar en equipos y hacer labores de entrenamiento con ingenieros de menor experiencia.
- Reportar sus actividades realizadas y gastos en la semana.
- Mantener una estrecha relación con el cliente para soportarlo en sus necesidades de automatización y control.
- Apoyar a los Clientes a través de recomendaciones de orden técnico.
- Conocer, implementar y cumplir con los procedimientos e instructivos del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
- Identificar desvíos de algún documento perteneciente a el sistema de Gestión.
- Dar mantenimiento a los equipos propios del Centro de Servicio.
- La identificación de las desviaciones del sistema de gestión, o de los procedimientos para la realización de las actividades del Centro de Servicio.
- Elaborar los registros que estén establecidos en los procedimientos del SGC, de acuerdo con la actividad a realizar.
- Dar respuesta, seguimiento y solución a las No Conformidades asignadas.
- Reportar cualquier falla que detecte en los equipos que interfieren en las actividades diarias del Centro de Servicio.
- Usar de manera adecuada los equipos que interfieren en las actividades diarias del Centro de Servicio para conservar su integridad, evitando así cualquier daño de estos.
- Recibir e inspeccionar los instrumentos que regresen de calibración.
- Reportar cualquier falla que detecte en los instrumentos.
- Usar de manera adecuada los instrumentos, de acuerdo con sus rangos o escalas de medición para conservar su integridad y su calibración, evitando así cualquier daño de este.
- Realizar la inspección final a los equipos intervenidos en el Centro de Servicio cuando sea requerido, siempre y cuando no haya participado en el proceso.
- Liberar los equipos intervenidos, después de haber realizado la inspección final.
- Notificar al Ingeniero de Calidad si detecta un equipo no conforme.
- Suspender actividades cuando observe un mal uso o falla en el equipo y/o instrumento.
Tiene autoridad:
- Suspender actividades cuando la actividad a realizar represente un peligro a su persona, a las personas a su alrededor o las instalaciones.
- Solicitar evidencia de la No conformidad.
Signatario:
- Fungir como signatario del CS.
- Elaborar los informes de ensayo.
- Realizar pruebas de Ensayo PRV'S.
- Ejecutar la planificación, coordinación y control de los servicios de ensayo; Así mismo, el aseguramiento de la calidad de los resultados.
Requerimientos:
Experiencia Requerida:
Deseable de 3-5 años de experiencia en verificación y solución de problemas de la BU asignada en las instalaciones del cliente, puesta en servicio, apoyo y ayuda de arranque al cliente, documentación y entrenamiento al cliente en los productos de la BU asignada, organización de trabajo en pequeños equipos multi-BU.
