Objective and Purpose of the Position
To manage and administer the personnel of the area, developing daily activities in the operation taking care of the worker's safety and guaranteeing the necessary quality for the client, assuring the good performance of the operations with the personnel in charge as well as administering their safety and developing new projects for the service area.
Activities
Development of new service business
Operational Cost Management
Operation site safety management
Control and management of PPE
Control of general documents of workers to upload to client's platforms.
Financial Management of KPIs
Development of new safety equipment testing
Operation Processes documentation
Experience
Advanced experience in Industrial Safety
Technical service in the areas of Cement, NFM, Steel, etc.
Sales experience
English language proficiency
