Legal Counsel

Organización sin fines de lucro dedicada a la investigación agrícola en Texcoco está buscando un Legal Counsel que será responsable de la Gestión del Ciclo de Vida de los Contratos (desarrollo, redacción, revisión, negociación, enmienda y liberación, control de calidad y archivo) de una amplia variedad de acuerdos que la empresa establece con sus socios nacionales e internacionales (privados y públicos) y proveedores de servicios a nivel mundial.
Responsabilidades específicas:
- Ejecutar e implementar la Gestión del Ciclo de Vida de los Contratos (desarrollo, redacción, revisión, negociación, enmienda y liberación, control de calidad y archivo)
- Actualizar, crear e implementar procesos, prácticas, directrices, procedimientos y optimización de flujos de trabajo para mejorar la eficiencia y efectividad diaria del equipo legal, facilitar el cambio y controlar los costos.
- Identificar e implementar herramientas del departamento legal para optimizar nuevas o existentes prácticas y gestionar el diseño, implementación y capacitación de nuevos sistemas, incluyendo el diseño y mantenimiento del sitio Intranet del Departamento Legal.
- Monitorear el flujo de información legal y responder a las necesidades de los clientes internos mediante la coordinación con Programas y Unidades, colaborando con grupos multifuncionales.
- Revisar el estado de las solicitudes para asegurar un seguimiento adecuado de las acciones y responder a las necesidades de los clientes internos. Fomentar una relación sólida con los Programas y Unidades involucrados en el ciclo de vida de los contratos en toda la organización.
- Asegurar el seguimiento adecuado de los asuntos encomendados, rastreando estos asuntos diariamente en los paneles de control y herramientas de monitoreo de KPI provistos, que se utilizarán para preparar la actualización de progreso a las áreas relevantes y la finalización oportuna de las solicitudes del sistema de tickets para la revisión y redacción de varios acuerdos y asuntos legales.
- Gestión de proyectos y apoyo en toda la gama de temas apoyados por el equipo legal.
- Supervisión del personal, pasantes y consultores involucrados en el Ciclo de Vida de los Contratos, y coordinación y supervisión de Abogados Externos.
Calificaciones académicas, habilidades y actitudes requeridas:
- Título en Derecho, una Maestría/LL.M. en Derecho Corporativo, Internacional o de Propiedad Intelectual, y Certificación en Gestión de Proyectos son deseables.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en un rol o actividades similares.
- Nivel avanzado de inglés excluyente.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office y software de Adobe. Experiencia con software de automatización de contratos es deseable.
- Sentido de urgencia y compromiso con sus responsabilidades y plazos.
- Trabajo en Equipo, Orientación al Cliente, Orientación a Resultados, Resolución de Problemas, Gestión de Proyectos.
