Marsh LAC has an exciting opportunity, for the role HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist LAC. This role will be based in Mexico City.

What will you do?

  • Support people and business strategy through insights and data.
  • Facilitate spaces and methodologies for a more efficient way of working for the regional HR team.
  • Project Management of diverse topics (Hybrid working, Diversity & Inclusion, Off site meetings (Local/Regional/Global), Business Senior Hires onboarding agendas, etc.)
  • Reporting and Analytics – subject matter expert of Power Bi, understand the company structure and population from the global, regional and country perspective.
  • Building reports and presentations with insights from all the different sources of information we have in the company (cuantitative and cualitative) and being able to get to conclusions that support leaders connecting all the dots.
  • Closely working with finance to align business/financial results and people strategy.
  • Work in the annual compensation review and annual talent review being able to understand how/why it ́s done and the impact those decisions have in colleagues.
  • Close contact with regional team and regional leaders, working as a point of contact for them in the people front.
  • Being the link between global-region and also between region-countries and being able to share all that vision with the People Leaders team, answering all kind of questions, connecting the dots, anticipating initiatives and sharing best practices of what other regions do.
  • Align global strategy to regional conditions and make sure people strategy is aligned with the business strategy.
  • Supports team in providing management support to the People Partner Organizational function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and human capital analytics.
  • Participates on efforts with subject matter experts across HR (COE's, HRBP's, HRSS) to improve overall strategic and operational performance indicators and insights.
  • Supports efforts to improve and evolve our reporting & analytics capabilities.
  • Supports Human Resources function management in areas of operational metrics and reporting for HR internally.
  • Strong team play with colleagues from other COEs, HRSS and HR Managers.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree required (preference for industrial engineer, psyscologyst, business administrator)
  • The incumbent must score in advanced levels either in TOEFL, TOEIC or similar.
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point capabilities
