OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

Este puesto es responsable de los desarrollos de ingeniería de flujo de valor para el procesamiento de Nitinol, desde el material entrante hasta el producto acabado, pasando por el proceso de embutición. Dirigir las iniciativas de ingeniería de fabricación hacia la alineación y el logro de métricas y objetivos. Trabajar en el diseño y construcción de dispositivos para dar forma a los componentes de Nitinol en colaboración con los equipos de desarrollo de los clientes de MDC. En todas estas líneas de productos se hará especial hincapié en la aplicación de técnicas de fabricación ajustada y en la mejora de los procesos para aumentar el rendimiento y la calidad, garantizando al mismo tiempo la seguridad de los empleados.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Química, Mecatrónica o Mecánica o Ciencia de los Materiales (Se requiere).
  • Experiencia en funciones de supervisión y liderazgo (Se valorará positivamente).
  • Experiencia en Nitinol (Deseable).
  • Experiencia de más de 7 años trabajando en un entorno de fabricación ajustada (Deseable).
  • Conocimientos de Six Sigma y Lean Manufacturing (Requerido).
  • Capacidad para levantar ocasionalmente 10-20 libras (Requerido).
  • Ingles Avanzado.
  • VISA.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Diseña, desarrolla y mejora el flujo de valor relacionado con el nitinol centrándose en la seguridad, la calidad y la productividad.
  • Apoyar al Director de Ingeniería en las iniciativas de ingeniería de fabricación para la consecución de los KPI.
  • Promover y liderar proyectos de ingeniería hacia la Seguridad, productividad, calidad y ahorro de costes.
  • Promover e impulsar el cambio como parte del crecimiento y el desarrollo.
  • Desarrollar soluciones sólidas que eviten que se generen o transmitan defectos; y proporcionar análisis de datos para la supervisión y el diagnóstico de procesos.
  • Impulsar la mejora continua y apoyar las iniciativas de Lean Manufacturing de la planta relacionadas con el flujo de valor del procesamiento del nitinol.
  • Colaborar con el departamento de mantenimiento para permitir la resolución permanente de los defectos de diseño de los equipos y/o procesos.
  • Interactúa regularmente con el director y el personal de ingeniería para garantizar una comunicación clara y concisa.
  • Responsable de dirigir los flujos de valor del nitinol desde la evaluación inicial de la viabilidad de la fabricación hasta la validación del proceso, la cualificación del producto y la confirmación de la capacidad durante el nivel de desarrollo temprano de la producción.
  • Revisa el diseño y las especificaciones de los componentes médicos del cliente para proporcionar información técnica sobre la viabilidad de la fabricación, el diseño para fabricar opciones de ahorro de costes y colabora con el equipo de ventas en la elaboración de presupuestos para el cliente.
  • Desarrolla y prepara justificaciones de cambios de capital o de procesos en apoyo de las soluciones o mejoras propuestas.
  • Gestiona y/o participa plenamente en la implantación de nuevos equipos y procesos, incluido el proceso FAT/SAT, la validación in situ (IQ/OQ/PQ), la formación del personal necesario y la actualización de la documentación del proceso.
  • Desarrolla controles de proceso sólidos utilizando herramientas de ingeniería (PFMEA, Plan de Control, etc.) para la cualificación de nuevas piezas y/o durante el análisis de procesos estándar.
  • Coordinar y participar en la resolución de problemas / proyectos de mejora para la fabricación en el flujo de valor del nitinol.
  • Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de medio ambiente, salud y seguridad de la planta para garantizar que el flujo de valor de MDC MX cuente con evaluaciones precisas de los riesgos de los procesos y los equipos, y que los riesgos se gestionen de forma activa.
