- Impulsar un alto grado de satisfacción y capacidad de referencia.
- Comprenda los procesos de negocio del cliente.
- Entender las operaciones de la empresa para detectar y prevenir problemas operativos y de sistema/técnicos y sugerir mejoras operativas con pensamiento crítico.
- Proponga de forma proactiva soluciones a los clientes basadas en el conocimiento de la cuenta y del negocio.
- Trabajar junto a otros miembros del equipo con altas habilidades funcionales y técnicas.
- Realiza una resolución de problemas moderadamente compleja con asistencia y orientación para comprender y aplicar las políticas y los procesos de la compañía.
