Job Title: Oracle Primavera Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Primavera Functional Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting customer deployments of Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6, and Oracle Primavera Cloud. You will configure applications to meet customer-specific business processes and create and maintain system-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and Technical Expertise: 20% Analysis and 80% Technical (drawing on product knowledge for advanced design, configurations, and integration meeting customer needs)
  • Problem-Solving and Solution Implementation: Identify problems, research alternatives through testing and consulting with peers. Prepare presentations, drive/gain consensus from implementation team, and implement timely and well-thought-out solutions
  • Business and System Requirements: Prepare Business, Functional, and System Requirement documents
  • Enterprise Application Configuration: Configure Enterprise application and business processes
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Support end-to-end business process testing of the Unifier application prior to end-user acceptance testing
  • Solution Development and Design: Support the development and design of overall solutions to meet customer needs
  • Leadership and Direction: Lead and direct configuration resources
  • Training and Documentation: Deliver prepared training materials when needed and prepare hand-off and custom project training documents
  • Customer Interaction: Ability to work with customers at their customer site
  • Consulting Skills: Consulting skills – ability to cope with deadlines and consulting skills – ability to synthesize information and act upon it

Qualifications:

  • Language: Bi-lingual – Spanish & English required
  • Experience: Experience with Unifier required; Experience with Primavera P6 EPP preferred
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work as part of a cross-matrix team
  • Complex Concept Articulation: Must be able to articulate complex concepts to audiences of varying perception levels
  • Project Management: Must demonstrate a strong ability and initiative to learn and follow-through on all projects
  • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word is required
  • Attention to Detail: The candidate should also have a high level of attention to detail

Education:

  • Degree: Prefer Bachelor's of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience:

  • Years of Experience: 3+ years of customer-facing or consulting experience
  • Enterprise Software Implementation: Enterprise Software implementation experience working for a software company
  • Previous Systems Experience: Previous systems (integration) experience with Oracle CRM, ERP, and HRM systems are welcome
