Bilingual English/Spanish — MandatorySalary Range: $45,000–$50,000 MXN gross/month + Legal BenefitsGRUPO Effix is seeking for a Leadership & Organizational Development Manager to design, implement, and lead strategies that strengthen leadership, culture, and talent development across our organization.This role will oversee the entire employee lifecycle — from attraction and onboarding to development and offboarding — ensuring a consistent, people-centered, and business-aligned experience.You will also act as a key liaison between corporate headquarters and local operations, translating global OD directives into tangible, measurable, and sustainable actions that impact our teams in Mexico and the U.S.Key responsibilities:Design and manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to learning, development, and exit processes.Translate corporate OD strategies into actionable plans aligned with local culture and business needs.Implement and monitor leadership development, competency, succession, and performance management programs.Partner with leaders and key stakeholders to identify organizational needs and deliver effective, data-driven solutions.Develop and implement training and development programs, assessing their impact on productivity and engagement.Align talent strategies with business objectives to support sustainable growth.Promote a culture of collaborative leadership and continuous learning across all organizational levels.Track and analyze key metrics (KPIs) related to retention, development, engagement, and performance.Collaborate with global and local HR teams to ensure consistency between corporate and local OD practices.What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (Master's degree preferred).5–8 years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Human Resources leadership roles.Proven experience managing leadership programs, engagement, culture, and succession planning.Strong knowledge of performance management, learning needs analysis, and organizational culture initiatives.Experience working with global or multicultural teams.Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skillsCore Competencies:Strategic thinking and business acumen.Inspirational leadership and influence.Effective and empathetic communication.Innovation and analytical mindset.Change management and results orientation.Cross-functional collaboration and relationship building.Additional Details:Full-time positionHybrid model — based in Mexico CityOccasional travel (15%) to our plant in Tacámbaro, MichoacánPermanent roleWhy this role matters:Your leadership will have a direct impact on the company's culture, leadership capability, and employee engagement.
