An electronics company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator.The Logistics Coordinator provides critical operational support across transportation, customer service, and administrative functions. This role ensures the timely, efficient, and cost-effective movement of goods while maintaining strong communication with internal teams, external partners, and customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesTransportation & Shipment CoordinationPlan, schedule, and track domestic and/or international shipments.Communicate daily with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.Prepare and manage shipping documentation.Monitor shipment status, identify delays or exceptions, and proactively resolve issues.Customer Service SupportServe as a point of contact for shipment-related inquiries from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.Provide real-time updates on order status, delivery timelines, and issue resolutions.Maintain accurate shipment information in internal systems and platforms.Operational & Administrative DutiesMaintain detailed records of shipments, carrier performance, and logistics metrics.Assist in developing and improving logistics processes, documentation, and SOPs.Qualifications RequiredProficiency in written and spoken English1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations support.Proficiency in logistics platforms, ERPs, WMS, TMS, or related systems.To work at the 'Finsa' Industrial Park from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. #J-18808-Ljbffr
