**Position Overview**:**Responsibilities**:- IT user-facing onsite support- Laptops and mobile devices' deployment (configuration, cleaning, repair/replacement,- logistics)- Roaming activation- Provide as many as possible updates to users using our ITSM tool- Workstations sweeps- ITAM support (N-Tech storage administration, inventory management)- Printer management (configuration, deployment, troubleshooting)- Network & infrastructure operations support- Adds, moves, and changes- Ensure conference/meeting room AV systems are maintained and in good operating- condition (if needed)- Physical work (Cabling, Box/Unbox, Lifting, Climbing ladders, and Storage- organization)- Be available for extra activities, IT related, when needed**Requirements**:- **? 2 -5 years of experience in related positions**:- **? B2-C1 English skills**:- **? **Experience working with macOS, Windows, and Chrome OS- **? **Understanding of networking technology, Infrastructure & video- transmission over network- **? **Comfortable working within Enterprise Google Suite (software and hardware)- **? **Zendesk/ticketing operations system knowledge- **? **Slack/communication platform utilization- ? Critical thinking skills to troubleshoot, research, and diagnose- complicated technical issues by utilizing available systems and tools- ? Robust documentation mindset, translating the information into- knowledge base articles and/or user stories- ? Able to proactively seek out opportunities to improve our user- experiences and deliver cohesive ideas around innovative support- ? Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage with- users through various ingestion points and communication platforms; including the ability for direct (virtual) interaction with stakeholders as part of your investigation around a particular technology friction and the user experience- ?
