OverviewLeading Medical Operations & Financial Management in Digital Health | Business Operations Analyst | Payroll & Vendor Payments, Contracting & Client...PurposeTo impact 100M LATAM over the next 6 years.VisionTo become the leader in digital health and wellness for Spanish-speaking individuals, establishing ourselves as the preferred brand for our users, doctors, and providers in the healthcare industry, with three main focuses: Technological Differentiation, Disruptive Business Models, Chronic Patients and Underserved Segments, Continuous Co-creation with Our Clients.Over 6MM subscribers, more than 350 clients/companies, over 3.5K medical consultations/day, operating in 7 countries.What are we looking for?A senior Business Development professional capable of managing and understanding sector-specific terminology, with a strong client portfolio.Ideally from Healtech or companies in the people management sector.This profile should be strategic, focused on identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, and able to lead the company's expansion in LATAM.Key ResponsibilitiesOpportunity Identification: Analyze the market, competition, and trends to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities.Commercial Relationships: Generate and manage key relationships with new clients, strategic partners, and allies.Negotiation: Lead negotiations of agreements and contracts, ensuring they are mutually beneficial.Expansion Strategies: Develop and execute strategies for geographical expansion and product/service diversification.Client and Lead Management: Effectively manage the existing client portfolio and generate new leads, ensuring a constant pipeline.Business Closing: Be proactive in persuading and closing strategic deals for the company.Reporting and Follow-Up: Use CRM tools to report and track opportunities and relationships.Job RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 5 years in sales and business development, preferably in startups or growing companies.Knowledge: Sales, relationship management, CRM usage.Skills: Effective communication, negotiation, networking, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, analysis, and time management.Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.#J-*****-Ljbffr
