**Sales Manager - Paquetería & Logística**:**Zona**: CDMX**Sueldo base más comisiones**Buscamos a un **Sales Manager estratégico y visionario**, con sólida experiência en el sector de **paquetería y logística**, capaz de abrir mercado y generar alianzas de alto nível.Queremos a alguien con la capacidad de **convertir su red de contactos en resultados tangibles**, impulsando el crecimiento de nuestra compañía con una visión comercial innovadora y global.**Responsabilidades**:- Diseñar e implementar estrategias de venta consultiva para grandes cuentas.- Capitalizar su **cartera de clientes existente en el sector logístico** para acelerar la adquisición de nuevos negocios.- Negociar, estructurar y cerrar acuerdos comerciales de alto valor.- Representar a la empresa frente a clientes estratégicos a nível nacional e internacional.- Desarrollar relaciones sólidas de largo plazo con clientes clave.- Colaborar con el área de operaciones para garantizar excelencia en el servicio post-venta.**Requisitos**:- Experiência mínima de **1 - 2 años en posiciones comerciales de alto nível** dentro del sector **paquetería / logística**.- ** Inglés conversacional** (deseable).- Cartera activa y comprobable de clientes en la industria.- Alta capacidad de negociación y cierre de ventas.- Orientación a resultados y visión estratégica de negocio.**Lo que ofrecemos**:- Sueldo competitivo.- Esquema atractivo de **comisiones sin tope.**:- Prestaciones de ley + adicionales.- Oportunidad de liderar el crecimiento de la compañía en México.- Entorno dinámico, con proyección internacional.
