We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to lead and grow our portfolio within the Food & Nutrition sector.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a distributor or supplier environment, and a proven track record of building customer relationships, driving sales, and delivering technical and commercial solutions.- Main Responsibilities:- Develop and manage key customer relationships in the food and nutrition industry.- Identify new business opportunities in dairy, beverages, and meat markets.- Provide technical and commercial support to customers, ensuring solutions meet their operational and quality requirements.- Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, technical, logistics) to deliver seamless customer service.- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.- Prepare and present account reviews, forecasts, and sales reports to senior management.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.Requirements:- A Bachelor's degree in food science, Nutrition, Business, or related field.- At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the food and nutrition sector.- A background in distribution or supplier industry is strongly preferred.- Experience in the dairy, beverage, and meat processing markets.- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.- The ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
