OverviewA long-established and trusted global brokerage is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive who will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of partners and high-value clients, driving new business, and growing trading volume.You'll source and onboard new partners, strengthen existing relationships through ongoing support and engagement, and identify future opportunities for long-term growth.The role also involves attending industry events, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring all activities comply with financial regulations.Location: Remote - MexicoResponsibilitiesBuild a book of partners and high-value clients to generate growing trading volume and value, while aligning with company-wide strategic goals and regulatory frameworksSource and onboard new partners capable of generating new, valuable, and sustainable client relationshipsProactively recruit active partners elsewhere in the industryDevelop and enhance existing partner relationships to maximize value, minimize attrition, and increase lifetime value by providing ongoing support, education, and engagementIdentify future potential partners and high-value clients from existing business and market research to sustain long-term business growthRequirementsProficiency in English; also Portuguese or Spanish is requiredDirect and manage time and energies to maximise realisation of new business opportunitiesStructure, pitch and win commercially desirable and sustainable new businessCreatively capitalise on available support, sponsorship and entertainment to increase the value and longevity of existing partner and client relationshipsOperate independently but cooperatively within a regional team, leveraging shared resources and information to drive collective successCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of initiativesAttend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships, promote the brand, and identify potential partners and business opportunitiesAdhere to all relevant regulatory standards and ensure that partner and client activities are conducted in compliance with relevant financial regulationsBenefitsThe right person will find many career growth opportunities in their company, whether you want to advance your technical skills or aspire to leadership in the future.Professional development fundHealth and Wellness allowance#J-*****-Ljbffr
