**Join our team**We're looking for a self-driven, resourceful, and detail oriented **Financial & Accounting Manager,** who'll build and lead Parco's administrative and financial operation teaming up with our CFO and COO.Parco is conquering MéxicoWe're simplifying mobility processes by creating an ecosystem of tech-solutions that help our users to invest their time in what really matters, transforming slow and tedious processes into a secure, fast, and delightful experience.**The role**:This is a hands-on & strategic role that will help shape Parco's future.You'll have the opportunity to build our administrative foundation (processes and tools) from the ground up, work closely with our Decision Making Team to provide strategic insights and maintain Parco's financial health.**Skills you'll need**:- Be an Excel rockstar- Awesome organization- Keen eye for detail- Be a go-doer, with a can do attitude- Enjoy working at a fast-paced, growing startup**Knowledge you'll need**:- Understanding of Unit Economics & KPIs logic- Experience generating & designing reports- General accounting and financial knowledge**Key responsibilities**:- Design and build administrative control documents and processes.- Keep up to date administrative and financial documents.- Prepare strategic monthly reports- Lead the relationship with our administrative teams (ex. external accountants).Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $20,****** - $30,****** al mesBeneficios:- Vacaciones superiores a las de leyHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Haz creado procesos, y herramientas financieras desde cero?
