GLOBAL IS / IT INFRASTRUCTURE OPERATIONS - ACTIVE DIRECTORY SPECIALISTJoin to apply for the GLOBAL IS / IT INFRASTRUCTURE OPERATIONS - ACTIVE DIRECTORY SPECIALIST role at OPmobilityHungry for challenges?Join a group with innovation at its heart and contribute to the automotive revolutionOPmobility is a world-leading provider of innovative solutions for safer, more sustainable mobility.Innovation-driven since its creation, the Group develops and produces intelligent exterior systems, custom complex modules, lighting systems, clean energy systems, and electrification solutions for all mobility companies.With a €11.4 billion economic revenue in ****, a global network of 152 plants and 40 R&D centers, OPmobility relies on 40,300 employees to meet the challenges of transforming mobility.Our ambition?Provide automakers with cutting-edge equipment and solutions to develop tomorrow's clean and connected car.Reporting to the Global IT Infrastructure Operations Leader – DC & Server Room operations, the Global IT Infrastructure Operations Specialist – DC & Server Room provides L2/L3 Operations support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of datacenter and server room operations across Regions and Business Groups.Main ResponsibilitiesAs an Active Directory & Identity Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing modern identity and access management solutions to ensure secure and seamless authentication across platforms.Your missions will include:Active DirectoryAdminister and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), ensuring high availability, performance, and security.Implement and manage FIDO2-based authentication mechanisms to support passwordless access strategies.Develop and integrate API-based identity solutions to support cross-platform applications and services.Ensure seamless identity integration for iOS, Android, and Linux environments, enabling secure and consistent access experiences across devices.Support the configuration and lifecycle management of hybrid identity setups (on-prem AD / Entra ID).Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to enforce identity governance and conditional access policies.DC and Server Room Infrastructure Operations ManagementProvide L2/L3 support of Server and Datacenter infrastructures, as well as provisioning, configuration, and deployment of physical and virtual servers.Manage the integration and operation of cloud services, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance.Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.Ensure implementation and uphold of IT standards, policies, and best practices defined at a Group level.Stakeholder CollaborationMaintain comprehensive documentation for the Service Desk to limit the intervention of Level 2 support, improving efficiency and first-call resolution rates.Coordinate with Regional IT teams to provide support and expertise in datacenter, server management, cloud, and related IT domains.Assist regional teams in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, ensuring consistent service delivery across regions.Coordinate with the Techpole to implement and ensure adherence to the standards defined by the Group.Required Profile & ExperienceIT specialization or equivalent by experience.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on datacenter operations, server management, and cloud services.Knowledge in the exploitation, maintenance, administration, supervision and support of IT services.Good knowledge of datacenter infrastructure, and proficiency in managing and maintaining physical and virtual servers.Experience with cloud platforms.Knowledge of antivirus solutions, cybersecurity practices, and compliance requirements.Key Behavioral SkillsTeamwork and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to adapt to changing technologies and work environments.Commitment to providing high-quality service and support to internal and external stakeholders.As a responsible company, OPmobility pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams and commits to treating all job applications equally.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesMotor Vehicle Manufacturing and Plastics Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
