OverviewAs an IT Sales Engineer at Corporativo Lumston, you will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with our current and potential clients.Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction, promote our services and contribute to the growth and retention of key accounts.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage trusted customer relationships and strategic partnershipsIdentify target accounts and customers within the accounts based on their business needs and personasQualify and drive sales opportunities throughout the sales cycleMonitor and manage client expectations and perception pre and post product deliveryCreate strategic account plans, forecasts, and execution strategiesAct as a bridge between delivery and salesManage existing accounts and assist with statement of work creation modification and submissionAssist with account profitability and invoicingResponsible for revenue forecasting accuracyQualifications5+ years of experience in a sales engineering role or related technical sales experienceExperience in managing web projects, ideally in an agency or web development companyStrong understanding of IT services, software development, including related technologies and processesAbility to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly and effectivelyProficient in creating technical documentation, presentations, and proposalsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing prioritiesFluency in both Spanish and English is requiredSoft SkillsStrong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinkingTeam-oriented with a collaborative mindsetProactive attitude towards learning new technologies and improving skillsBenefitsWelcome KitHome OfficeFlexible ScheduleBirthday offVacations from day oneLife insuranceInsurance for Major Medical Expenses (50% coverage)Saving fund (you save 6% of your monthly salary, and we match that 6% for you)Support for remote work (Electricity and Internet)AWS CertificationsFree courses or trainingsEnglish ClassesDining Room (Guadalajara only)Sports fields (Guadalajara only)Gym (Guadalajara only)#J-*****-Ljbffr
