Vacante : Business Development Representative / Hunter Comercial Firma de Headhunting (CDMX) Ubicación : Ciudad de México (presencial con flexibilidad) Cobertura de mercado : México y Estados Unidos ¿Quiénes somos?Somos una firma especializada en Executive Search, con un enfoque estratégico en la atracción de talento de alto nivel para compañías nacionales e internacionales.Brindamos soluciones personalizadas de reclutamiento para posiciones clave en diversas industrias.El reto : Buscamos un(a) Business Developer Representative con experiencia comprobada en desarrollo de negocio B2B, preferentemente en servicios de capital humano, consultoría o soluciones corporativas.Será responsable de abrir nuevas cuentas, generar relaciones comerciales de largo plazo y posicionar nuestra firma en el mercado mexicano y estadounidense.Prospectar y generar oportunidades de negocio con empresas en México y EE.UU.Diseñar e implementar estrategias comerciales para atraer nuevos clientes en sectores clave.Realizar presentaciones comerciales, cotizaciones y negociaciones hasta el cierre del servicio.Coordinarse con el equipo de consultores para garantizar una ejecución impecable del servicio.Licenciatura en Administración, Mercadotecnia, Relaciones Internacionales o afín.Mínimo 4 años en posiciones comerciales, preferentemente en firmas de headhunting, consultoría o servicios B2B.Conocimiento sólido del entorno empresarial en México y EE.UU.Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).Altamente orientado(a) a resultados, con habilidades de negociación, networking y comunicación ejecutiva.#J-#J-*****-Ljbffr
