Jeeves' mission is to become the primary financing and software solution for companies - globally.Since its public launch in March ****, the company now services more than **** clients across 24 countries and 3 continents.We are looking for a high energy, customer-first Associate to join the growing Customer Success (CS) team.This role will work closely with Key Account Managers, Sales, and the rest of the CS team to provide Jeeves' customers with timely, solution oriented support to ensure our customers' continued success.You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other cross functional teams within Jeeves to build a best in class customer experience.As a remote-first, global organization Jeeves is committed to building a team as diverse as the companies we serve.**Location**: This role is based out of Mexico, and the _**work model will be hybrid **_(home office and _**office located in Roma Norte**_) #LI-HYBRID**Responsibilities**:- Develop deep expertise in troubleshooting various products and services.- Identify customer trends and process improvements, working with the broader team to continuously seek enhancements to the customer experience.- Maintain potential learning resources, playbooks, knowledge base, and various databases to continue to improve the accuracy and quality of Jeeves' customer support and processes.- Special projects as required by the team.**Requirements**:- **Minimum 2 years experience** working with mid-market and venture backed companies in a client facing role.- _**Fluent language ability in Spanish and English required**_- Passionate about providing best in class customer experience to ensure the customers' goals are achieved and their experience as seamless as possible.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong, positive client relationships.- _Hands-on experience with CRM software._- Expertise in **Zendesk i**s considered an asset.- Strong working knowledge of Google workspace or Microsoft 365 tools.- Strong organizational, time management, problem solving, and negotiation skills.- Ability and inclination to work in a fast paced and evolving environment.- Post-secondary degree or equivalent professional experience.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $25,****** - $35,****** al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horas- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de la vista- Seguro dental- Trabajar desde casa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividadExperiência:- Customer success En alguna startup/fintech: 2 años (Obligatorio)- manejo de hubspot /zendesk: 2 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- ingles conversacional (intermedio-avanzado) (Obligatorio)
