**Operations & Support Analyst (AI Startup - Remote LATAM)**:**About the Company**:Our client is a small but fast-growing **AI-powered software startup** supporting consulting, finance, and enterprise clients.They build intelligent automation tools that help teams save time and work smarter.As they scale, they're looking for a **reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Support Analyst** to manage client support tickets and keep daily operations running smoothly.**Position Summary**:You'll handle client support tickets, assist internal teams with scheduling and documentation, and coordinate simple vendor and logistics tasks.This is a hands-on role in a lean international team where adaptability, communication, and follow-through are key.**Key Responsibilities**:**Client Support & Ticket Management**- Manage incoming support tickets and ensure timely, professional responses.- Escalate or coordinate ticket resolutions across technical and operations teams.- Track issues, update FAQs, and identify opportunities for automation.**Operational Support & Coordination**- Execute recurring operational and administrative tasks.- Support scheduling, documentation, and cross-team coordination.- Maintain and update internal process documentation (Notion, Google Docs).**Vendor & Logistics Assistance**- Assist with vendor communication, assessment, and onboarding.- Maintain records and documentation for vendor relationships.**Qualifications**:**Experience & Skills**- 1-3 years of experience in operations, support, or administrative coordination.- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.- Experience using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Excel/Sheets).- Familiarity with support ticket systems (HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk) is a plus.- Basic familiarity with **AI tools** (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI) or a strong interest in learning them.**Personal Attributes**- Reliable and detail-oriented.- Comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities.- Curious about technology and automation.- Proactive, structured, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup.**What We Offer**:- **Payment in USD** (monthly contractor basis).- **Salary range**: USD **1,*******,400/month**, depending on experience.- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, with flexibility for LATAM time zones.- **Paid time off** and **local holidays** included.- 100% remote position with an international, collaborative team.
