Operations & Support AnalystAbout the CompanyOur client is a t fast-growingAI-powered software startupsupporting consulting finance and enterprise clients.They build intelligent automation tools that help teams save time and work smarter.Were scaling fast and need a highly organizedOperations & Support AnalystAbout the RoleThis is a hybrid Operations Support position where you will :Manage client support ticketsCoordinate internal operationsConduct vendor assessment and vendor communicationsMaintain documentationSupport logistics scheduling and cross-team workflowsYou'll work with a lean global team (US LATAM India) so clear communication and strong follow-through are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Support & Ticket ManagementManage incoming support tickets and provide timely professional responsesEscalate issues to technical or product teamsTrack recurring issues update FAQs and identify automation opportunitiesOperational Support & CoordinationExecute recurring operational tasks with accuracyAssist with scheduling documentation and internal workflowsMaintain Notion / Google Docs for internal processesEnsure cross-team alignment and timely follow-upVendor Management (MUST-HAVE)Conduct vendor assessment and comparisonSupport vendor onboarding and documentationCommunicate with vendors regarding deliverables timelines and expectationsMaintain a vendor database and structured tracking systemQualificationsExperience13 years in operations support logistics coordination or vendor managementDemonstrated experience in vendor assessmentnon-negotiableExperience with ticketing systems (HubSpot Zendesk Intercom) is a plusStrong English (written & spoken)Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT Claude Notion AI) or willingness to learnSkillsHighly organized structured and reliableExcellent communication across multiple teamsAbility to manage simultaneous tasks and deadlinesProficiency in Google Workspace Notion Slack Excel / SheetsPersonal AttributesDetail-oriented with strong follow-throughCurious and comfortable in fast-paced environmentsProactive problem-solverComfortable working independently with supervision when neededWhat We OfferUSD $/ month (contractor)MondayFriday LATAM scheduleLocal holidays paid time off100% remoteA growing AI startup with strong career growth paths#J-*****-Ljbffr
