Join to apply for the Mid Growth Marketing Analyst role at Stori.Job DescriptionThe Mid Growth Marketing Analyst supports data-informed decision-making across all growth and marketing initiatives.This role focuses on analyzing campaign performance, building reports, and identifying insights that improve efficiency and scale.You'll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to measure impact, optimize performance, and support planning.Job RequirementsStrong analytical thinking and curiosity for data-driven marketing.Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and campaign structures.Intermediate experience with SQL, spreadsheets, or BI tools (e.G.G., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).Interest in AI and automation to enhance analysis or creative testing.Understanding of attribution and measurement basics.Bonus: experience with mobile apps, fintech, or subscription-based products.1-3 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or performance marketing.Hands-on experience building dashboards or reports to monitor marketing performance.Exposure to growth experimentation or campaign testing.Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and presenting analytical findings.Job ResponsibilitiesAnalyze paid marketing results across channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) and identify improvement opportunities.Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track core KPIs like CAC, LTV, ROI, and Payback period.Contribute to writing and refining SQL queries (or working with analysts to do so) to extract, clean, and validate data.Support the design and analysis of A / B tests and experiments, translating results into actionable insights.Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to support budget tracking and forecast accuracy.Ensure data consistency across marketing systems and reporting tools.Use AI or automation tools to speed up reporting, trend detection, and insight generation.Share insights with Marketing and Product Teams in a clear, actionable way.This position is ideal for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced fintech environment and learn how data can drive smarter marketing and business decisions.#J-*****-Ljbffr
