The company is expanding its presence in Mexico and the U.S., with a strong focus on premium Retail, Drugstore and Club channels such as **Costco**, **Walmart**, **Pharmacies**.Operates with an entrepreneurial, performance-driven culture and a commitment to health, innovation, and sustainable growth.**About the Role**The **KAM Sr.** will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic relationships with key retail accounts — primarily **Costco**, **Walmart** and **Pharmacies** — ensuring profitable growth and long-term partnership development.This role requires having complete knowledge of the Walmart Group ecosystem/processes.A results-oriented professional with proven experience managing large-scale retail accounts in the consumer goods or nutritional products industry. The position has the option to **work from home**, **remote**, with occasional travel to client meetings, national **medical congresses** and **international trade shows** (e.g., Denver and Anaheim).**Key Responsibilities*** Lead the commercial relationship with **Costco** (primary client) and other key retailers such as **Walmart, Farmacias San Pablo, Farmacias Guadalajara, Nadro, City Fresko, etc.*** Develop and execute annual business plans, promotional strategies, and trade marketing initiatives to achieve sales and profitability goals.* Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional support aligned with company objectives.* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure efficient product delivery and execution.* Represent the company at **international trade fairs and industry congresses**, mainly in Mexico and the U.S.* Analyze market trends, category performance, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.* Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.**Ideal Profile*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related field.* Minimum 5 years of experience** managing major retail accounts (Walmart, Costco).* Proven success in **consumer goods**, **nutrition**, or **health supplements** categories preferred.* Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.* Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely.* **Advanced/Fluent English** (required for trainings, U.S. trade events and client interaction).* Availability to travel domestically and internationally for business events up to 40% of the time.**Compensation & Benefits*** Base salary:** $70,000 – $100,000 MXN monthly* Annual performance bonus:** equivalent to up to 3 months of base salary.* Opportunity to represent the brand at international congresses and expos.
