Key Account Manager Sr. / KAM Sr.
**Location: Ciudad de México.
**Reports to: Commercial Director.

**Compensation: $70,000 – $100,000 MXN base + annual bonus (up to 3 months based on results)

Exclusive distributor of leading Nordic brands recognized for its premium-quality products. The company is expanding its presence in Mexico and the U.S., with a strong focus on premium Retail, Drugstore and Club channels such as **Costco**, **Walmart**, **Pharmacies**.

**About the Role**
The **KAM Sr.** will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic relationships with key retail accounts — primarily **Costco**, **Walmart** and **Pharmacies** — ensuring profitable growth and long-term partnership development.
This role requires having complete knowledge of the Walmart Group ecosystem/processes.
A results-oriented professional with proven experience managing large-scale retail accounts in the consumer goods or nutritional products industry. The position has the option to **work from home**, **remote**, with occasional travel to client meetings, national **medical congresses** and **international trade shows** (e.g., Denver and Anaheim).
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the commercial relationship with **Costco** (primary client) and other key retailers such as **Walmart, Farmacias San Pablo, Farmacias Guadalajara, Nadro, City Fresko, etc.**
* Develop and execute annual business plans, promotional strategies, and trade marketing initiatives to achieve sales and profitability goals.
* Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional support aligned with company objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure efficient product delivery and execution.
* Represent the company at **international trade fairs and industry congresses**, mainly in Mexico and the U.S.
* Analyze market trends, category performance, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
* Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
**Ideal Profile**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience** managing major retail accounts (Walmart, Costco).
* Proven success in **consumer goods**, **nutrition**, or **health supplements** categories preferred.
* Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely.
* **Advanced/Fluent English** (required for trainings, U.S. trade events and client interaction).
* Availability to travel domestically and internationally for business events up to 40% of the time.
**Compensation & Benefits**
* Base salary:** $70,000 – $100,000 MXN monthly
* Annual performance bonus:** equivalent to up to 3 months of base salary.
