**Sr Manager, Business Intelligence GPMO** **-** **(** **)****Description****Why Ansell?**Discover more about our company, our people, and our values by visiting us at Ansell.**Ansell is looking for a Sr. Manager Business Intelligence GPMO to join our team in Queretaro, Atlanta or LAC**The Senior Manager of Business Intelligence leads all BI and analytics for GPMO, driving a data-driven culture and delivering insights that support strategic and operational decisions. This role defines the BI vision, develops and embeds KPI dashboards, ensures consistent use of tools and methodologies, and partners with Strategic Planning, Finance, and Commercial teams to align performance metrics with executive decision-making and growth priorities. Operating with full autonomy, the Senior Manager proactively identifies opportunities to improve business performance and drives solutions from design to delivery.**What benefits and opportunities does Ansell offer?**Competitive compensation plan, including a performance based annual incentive.Flexible and hybrid work model.A culture of belonging and inclusion, collaboration thrives, and everyone feels seen, heard, and empowered—across our global community.Ansell University, LinkedIn Learning and Mentorship programs to develop professional and interpersonal skills.Opportunities to advance and grow within the company through LinkedIn Learning and Mentorships.Health Benefits: medical, dental, vision, short term and long- term disability and wellness programsPaid time off (vacation, sick and personal days) according to federal job law.Continuing Education ReimbursementRegional Belonging & Inclusion NetworksGreen office concept and a global mission of sustainability**What your role will be?****RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES**- Lead and own the Business Intelligence strategy for GPMO, setting the direction for how analytics and data-driven insights enable business growth and operational excellence.- Serve as the leader and primary decision-maker for all BI initiatives, ensuring that dashboards, reporting, and analytics are fully aligned with GPMO and enterprise priorities.- Strategize, design, and implement KPI frameworks and analytics platforms, driving adoption and embedding data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.- Partner directly with executive stakeholders (Finance, Strategy, Commercial, BU leaders) to ensure BI solutions inform strategic planning, resource allocation, and long-term growth.- Champion a culture of analytics, leading change management and capability-building efforts across GPMO and BUs.- Deliver executive-level insights and recommendations, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and performance drivers that shape business strategy.- Own the continuous improvement of BI processes and tools, operating with full autonomy and accountability for results.- Foster and champion predictive analytics and trend analysis to support leadership in identifying risks and opportunities.- Demonstrate self-direction and initiative, consistently leading enhancements and delivering impact without waiting for instruction.**What will you bring to Ansell?****KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS****Education**- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.**Job Experience**- 8-10+ years’ experience in business intelligence, analytics, finance or performance management within a global environment.**Knowledge, Skills and Competencies**- Demonstrated expertise in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and data visualization techniques.- Demonstrated success in driving KPI adoption and building BI capability at scale.- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement BI processes that support strategic planning and decision-making.- Proven ability to operate at both executive/strategic and tactical levels, delivering results independently.- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and influence across functions.- Demonstrated ability to integrate and govern data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of insights.- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.**Desirable Competencies**- Strong project management and organizational skills.- Excellent communication and influencing skills with executive stakeholders.- Ability to partner with senior leadership and translate business needs into analytical solutions.- Flexibility and adaptability in a global, fast-changing environment.- Ability to collaborate effectively and share knowledge across functions and geographies.- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.**Equal Opportunity Employer**:Ansell is an EO Employer - M/F/Vets/Disabled and other protected categories.**Our Commitment to Belonging and Inclusion**:Ansell’s vision is about creating safe spaces where all perspectives are valued alongside
