CUSTOMER SERVICEEmpresa de giro eléctrico se encuentra en busca de talento para el puesto de Customer Service en Apodaca, N.L.**Requisitos**:- Ingeniería Industrial, Licenciatura en comercio exterior, administración de empresas, mercadotecnia, logística o afín.- Ingles avanzado- 2+ Años de experiência en el puesto/área.- Disponibilidad para viajar.- Conocimientos en sistemas de planificación de recursos empresariales.- Seguimiento a ordenes de venta y cumplimiento a fill rate de los clientes.- Entendimiento del proceso de importación y exportación.- Conocimiento básico de sistemas de gestión de calidad como IATF ***** y/o ISO ****.**Funciones Principales.**- Dar seguimiento a las órdenes de venta desde su ingreso hasta la entrega al cliente y/o filial, para garantizar el cumplimiento del fill rate definido por la compañía.- Proporcionar y validar los tiempos de entrega y asegurarse del cumplimiento de los mismos.- Coordinación con área de distribución nacional para el envío de materiales.- Mejora continua de las actividades y procesos del departamento.- Emitir reportes diarios, semanales y mensuales, para la medición de indicadores y seguimiento de los mismos.- Carga, seguimiento y suministro a solicitudes de muestras.- Realizar las actividades asociadas con los aspectos ambientales significativos y en general las actividades en materia ambiental siguiendo los procedimientos, instrucciones o recomendaciones ambientales definidos en la empresa.- Conocer y entender la política ambiental y participar activamente en el logro de los objetivos y metas ambientales.- Llevar acabo la facturación en tiempo y forma, de acuerdo con los estatutos establecidos por la compañía.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoPregunta(s) de postulación:- Cuenta con Titulo/Cedula ProfesionalEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Customer Service: 2 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés Avanzado (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
