This position reports toLocal/Hub Business Unit Manager Your role and responsibilities Inthis role, you will have the opportunity to lead marketing andsales activities related to products, systems, and services withinthe defined industry segments, for the assigned area. Each day, youwill ensure that the division and related sales units substantiallyimprove their sales, margins, market share, and customersatisfaction in the selected market segments. You will alsoshowcase your expertise by developing and implementing amarket-based strategy including direct, third party, and projectsales and enhancing cross-division and cross-region business-ledcollaborations for the specific market segment. The work model forthe role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid Global relocation/LTA support willnot be considered for this position. This role contributes to theMotion Business Area in Mobile e-Power (EV Products) and Tractionsolutions, including Traction Inverters and Motors, AuxiliaryConverters, Energy Storage Systems, etc., in Mexico. You will bemainly accountable for:
• Leading the segment team members andreinforces global sales efficiency and performance.
• Buildingrelationships with key external influencers/key customers andleverages ABB's strengths to capture new business opportunities.
•Driving and ensuring knowledge sharing and cross-division andcross-country collaborations.
• Activating operation intelligence,benchmarking, and analysis to identify industry segment trends,practices, product gaps, competitor strategy, etc. Our teamdynamics You will join a high performing team, where you will beable to thrive. Qualifications for the role - You have a Bachelor´sdegree in Electrical, Electronics or Automation Engineering orrelated. - You have 5+ years of proven knowledge/experience ofTransportation Systems Manufacturing (trains, heavy trucks, buses)and Energy Storage Systems used in this segments (Battery banks). -You possess knowledge in channel development and collaboration withsales. - A good understanding on internal and external market trendand solutions linked to ABB Traction is desirable. - If you arerelated to transportation end users and operators is a plus. - Youhave demonstrated experience in management of customer accounts andsales strategy. - You are easy to communicate in English andSpanish in an advance level. - You have a collaborative,solution-focused approach.
