**WE OFFER GREAT GROWTH OPPORTUNITY****Fantastic Training****Work From Home**We are seeking for Case Handlers that will help the Law Firm manage cases, seeking someone with true love for the representing people, a love for the law, and ready to join a serious, hard working, and well-paid team.This is an opportunity to learn and work with a successful attorney in Los Angeles California.Very exciting and fast-paced working environmentThis is a collaborative office; we work with you for the success of both the office and YOUThis is a long-term job opportunity to grow as a Case Handler, this is not a "gig".We are looking for a Case Handler that would like a stable job, long term pay increases that match your work product, and an opportunity to work on Million Dollar cases.This job requires emotional intelligence to help clients with severe injuries, we work to keep them happy and help them along the recovery path.You will receive training from some of the best doctors in the USA as well as paid training to sit in on lectures and seminars.We believe that investing in our team is the best investment.**Some duties of a Case Handler can include**:- Interviewing clients about their injuries- Reviewing reports by witnesses or police- Making appointments for medical examinations- Gathering medical reports- Getting insurance information from the defendant- Assisting in preparing settlement demands- Determining the extent of damage covered by the insurance policy, along with other basic litigation duties.**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:- College graduate- Ability to work and excel in a busy environment- Strong command of the English and Spanish language- Excellent writing skills- Capable of working independently and as a team member- Ability to conduct research- Understands the insurance business- Understands medicine- Customer Service experience- Familiarity with California Law NOT required- Personal Injury experience NOT required- We look forward to hearing from you**Salary**: $****** - $1,****** per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Language**:- English (required)
