Join to apply for the Customer Onboarding Specialist role at LodgifyLodgify is a fast-growing scale-up company leading the vacation rental industry.Backed by $30M in funding, our platform empowers property owners and managers worldwide to efficiently manage and grow their business through technology.Headquartered in sunny Barcelona, we're now a team of 380+ people representing over 60 nationalities, united by a passion for transforming the future of short-term rentals.About the roleTo continue our growth, we are seeking a Product Onboarding Specialist to join our Onboarding team.As an Onboarding Specialist, you will take ownership of the customer upon subscription, guiding them through the setup of their account and connections.Post-setup, you will have ownership of the customer and follow up regularly to upsell product features and plan.How will you make an impact?Onboard new customers by assisting them in setting up the Lodgify account, connections and training on the system via phone calls and screen-sharing calls in English and French.Understand customer objectives and potential to correctly set up their account and assist them during the customer journey.Provide a consultative approach to customers to ensure a proper utilisation of Lodgify.Analyse the customer base and work proactively with your pipeline of customers to improve the adoption of Lodgify's suite of products and drive upgrades or upsells.Gather customer feedback regarding possible bugs, improvements and new functionalities, passing it along to the Product team.Work together with the other departments (Sales, Support, Product, etc.) to maximise value for customers.What makes you a great fit?#J-*****-Ljbffr
