Join our team, a company dedicated to transport and parcels IMILE Delivery with national and international coverage in more than 14 countries is looking for your talent:Recruitment TypeExperienced RecruitmentJob Responsibilities**Attendance Monitoring**: Oversee and monitor attendance across all regions in Mexico.Ensure each region meets attendance targets and standards, fostering a competitive environment to drive optimal performance.**Regional Performance Management**: Analyze attendance data from different regions, identify trends, and work with local HR teams to address attendance-related issues.Regularly report on regional performance and suggest improvements.**System Operations**: Efficiently use HR systems to manage and track attendance data across regions.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates in attendance records.**Process Improvement**: Develop and implement standardized attendance management processes across all regions, ensuring these processes are optimized for efficiency and consistently applied.**Data Accuracy Management**: Ensure the accuracy of foundational employee information, such as personal details and employment records.Regularly update and verify data to prevent errors that could afJob Qualificationsfect attendance and basic HR management.**Collaboration and Communication**: Work closely with regional HR teams to align on attendance policies, provide support, and ensure successful implementation of strategies across Mexico.**Qualifications**:**Experience**: Proven experience in managing attendance for over 200 employees, ideally within a blue-collar environment.**Skills**: Strong system operation skills, particularly in attendance management systems.Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements.Experience in maintaining accurate HR data.**Language**: Fluency in English is essential.**Attributes**: Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong execution capabilities.Ability to foster a competitive and results-driven environment across regions.**Travel**: Willingness and ability to travel within Mexico to support regional HR teams and monitor attendance performance.
