La oportunidad: Responsable de las ventas de productos/sistemas dentro de un mercado designado de acuerdo con la estrategia. Construya relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes y gestione la resolución de necesidades y problemas específicos de los clientes. Identificar y desarrollar oportunidades de venta. Como generarás impacto: Identificar oportunidades de negocio y generar estrategias comerciales con el fin de presentar ofertas a clientes potenciales y abrir nuevos mercados. Acompañar constantemente y proactivamente a los clientes para la detección de oportunidades de negocio. Participar activamente en el proceso de oferta y desarrollo del proyecto asesorando técnica y comercialmente en temas de los productos y soluciones a cargo con el fin de garantizar que se cumplan los requerimientos del cliente. Liderar el proceso de negociación y aceptación de las ofertas con el fin de cerrar negocios y garantizar el cumplimiento de lo acordado con el cliente. Entregar los negocios adjudicados a los Administradores de Proyectos cumpliendo con todos los requisitos internos de la empresa a fin de iniciar su ejecución. Responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas, procedimientos y directrices internas y externas aplicables. Tu Perfil: Profesional en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica Mecánica o afines con 3 - 5 años de experiencia en cargos similares Nivel de inglés intermedio - avanzado Deseable manejo de Salesforce Experiencia en equipos de protección, control y automatización de subestaciones eléctricas de media y alta tensión Experiencia comercial en ventas de equipos de energía Conocimiento y experiencia en la gestión de canales de ventas de productos tipo integradores de sistemas, OEMs, tableristas, distribuidores de equipos de energía, etc Conocimiento de clientes del sector eléctrico e industrias en el mercado mexicano Mas sobre nosotros Hitachi Energy are pioneers in transforming sustainable energy solutions at a time when it matters most.
