Payroll & Benefits Specialist - Payroll

**Job Description Summary**:As part of this role, will be responsible for statutory local payments, operating forecasts/reviews based on calendars, printing checks, ensure 100% of payroll deliverables are provided in an accurate manner based on calendars, support payroll audits, analyze payroll accounting data, across Latin American countries (Mexico & CALA).Additionally, they will work closely with Treasury Team to guarantee cash availability for payroll disbursements.**Qualifications / Requirements**- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related area (HR, accountant or business administration preferred).- Fluency in English,- 3-5 years process experience in Payroll.- Solid understanding of local statutory payroll and benefits rules.- Demonstrated organization and analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy.- Demonstrated project ownership and accountability.- General knowledge of principles and practices within human resources and benefits administration, accounting reconciliation.- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.- High Customer Service orientation and Continuous Improvement orientation.**Desired Characteristics**- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).- Experience establishing and maintaining customer and supplier relationships.- Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with mínimal supervision.- Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges.- Data privacy and controllership awareness.- Organized and with critical sense of priorities.- Proactivity and team work capability.- Culture change driver.- ERP Knowledge.(Workday, Oracle, Bank Portals).**Additional Information**:**Relocation Assistance Provided**:No
