Join to apply for the Sales Development Representative, LATAM role at Upwind SecurityUpwind is a next-generation Cloud Security Platform that leverages runtime context to identify and prioritize critical risks, providing precise insights and efficient cloud security management.Unlike traditional tools, Upwind uses runtime data proactively for risk prioritization and posture insights, ensuring teams focus on what truly matters.With industry-leading efficiency and eBPF-powered sensors, Upwind delivers comprehensive capabilities, including agentless cloud posture discovery, real-time threat protection, and integrated API security.From misconfigurations to malware defense, Upwind ensures end-to-end, cost-effective cloud infrastructure protection.At Upwind, you'll have the opportunity to think creatively, explore new ideas, and use your skills to make a meaningful impact on our growth.We are looking for a Sales Development Representative and play a crucial role in the growth and success of the company by generating leads and creating opportunities for the sales team.This is a remote role open to qualified candidates in Mexico.ResponsibilitiesManage a pipeline of warm accounts and signal-drive prospects across Latin America surfaced through our SDR workflows, partnering closely with AEs on strategic accounts by conducting account research, qualifying prospects, and developing tailored outreach.Conduct proactive lead follow-up including email campaigns, targeted calls and social engagement to drive engagement and convert MQLs to SQLs.Navigate complex business environments and uncover and translate needs into business opportunities.Build pipeline by initiating conversations and building relationships with marketing qualified leads through a mix of phone calls (cold calling), emails, LinkedIn messages, and in-person events.Work in coordination with marketing and sales teams to identify potential ICP companies and individuals and conduct dedicated outreach to secure sales meetings.RequirementsExcellent communicator and listener.Can-do attitude, highly organized, and strong work ethic.Process and detail-oriented.Display self-discipline and focus to effectively manage an intense and high-volume business; strong time management skills.Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams including marketing and sales.Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals and production levels as defined by marketing management.Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese a bonus).Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesComputer and Network SecurityReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Upwind Security by 2x.Get notified about new Sales Development Representative jobs in Latin America.Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia (3 weeks ago)#J-*****-Ljbffr
