**Description**ISP HR Analyst Role ProfilePurpose of RoleIn this role, you will support the organization by analyzing HR data, optimizing processes, and providing insights that contribute to data-driven decision-making across the employee lifecycle.You'll collaborate closely with various HR functions and business units to ensure consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness in all HR-related activities.ISP PrinciplesBegin with our children and students.Our children and students are at the heart of what we do.Simply, their success is our success.Wellbeing and safety are both essential for learners and learning.Therefore, we are consistent in identifying potential safeguarding and Health & Safety issues and acting and following up on all concerns appropriately.Treat everyone with care and respect.We look after one another, embrace similarities and differences and promote the well-being of self and others.Are financially responsible.We make financial choices carefully based on the needs of the children, students and our schools.Learn continuously.Getting better is what drives us.We positively engage with personal and professional development and school improvement.ISP Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR-related data (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, compensation, engagement) to identify trends and improvement areas- Support HR reporting and dashboard creation for internal stakeholders and leadership- Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs- Monitor key HR metrics and ensure data integrity across systems- Provide support in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes- Assist in performance management cycle coordination and tracking- Collaborate with the HR team to support employee engagement initiatives- Participate in salary benchmarking and compensation analysis- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies- Prepare documentation for audits and internal reviewsSkills, Qualifications and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field- 1-3 years of experience in an HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or similar role.- Experience working with HRIS platforms.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- High attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines- Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive/confidential informationISP Commitment to Safeguarding PrinciplesISP is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.ISP Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging
