Join to apply for the HR Communications Analyst role at TransNetwork LLCThe HR Communication Analyst will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing internal and external communication strategies in the Human Resources area, ensuring clear, consistent messages that are aligned with the organizational culture.This position is critical to help HR to have all the internal communications, provide help with trainings, town halls and KYB.About the job:This role will ensure that HR initiatives are communicated effectively, inspiringly, and in an orderly manner, strengthening employee trust and alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.Communications writing and design: draft emails, newsletters, presentations, and visual materials for employees and leaders.Internal channel management: keeping intranets, newsletters, and communication boards up to date.Support for HR processes: translating policies, initiatives, and projects into clear and accessible messages.Monitoring and feedback: evaluating the impact of communications and proposing improvements.International coordination: adapting messages considering cultural and time zone differences (e.G., LATAM, US, Argentina, Colombia).Employer branding support: collaborating on campaigns to strengthen the employer brand on social media and professional platforms.Experience and knowledge:Minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate communications or HR.Ability to coordinate in multicultural environments and across different time zones.Clear, warm, and persuasive writing skills.Knowledge of Software and Work ToolsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Advanced English level.Required skills and certifications:Clear and empathetic communication.Visual and narrative creativity to create engaging messages.Organization and traceability in HR processes.Cultural adaptability and international sensitivity.Proactivity and collaboration with global teams.Seniority level:AssociateEmployment type:Full-timeJob function:Public Relations, Human Resources, and DesignReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at TransNetwork LLC by 2x#J-*****-Ljbffr
