Descripción y detalle de las actividadesOBJETIVO GENERAL DEL PUESTO:Coordinar y gestionar el traslado entre plantas y la entrega oportuna de producto terminado a los clientes, en condiciones óptimas.PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES:- Planificar en Conjunto con Materiales, el envío de productos a plantas propias o clientes externos.- Reservar traslado de mercancía, en caso de requerirse.- Elaborar/solicitar los documentos de envío para los transportistas- Generar packing list para entrega a transportista.- Coordinar proceso de embarque de mercancía.- Coordinar marítimos indispensable- Informar a cliente sobre estatus de mercancía y tiempo estimado de entrega- Monitorear correcto traslado y entrega- Mantener comunicación con transportistas en México y/o Estados Unidos- Realizar seguimiento de mercancía en tránsito, vía telefónica o por correo, con Clientes o área de Servicio al Cliente (interna)Experiência y requisitos- Lic. en Logística, Comercio Exterior o afín- Bilingüe Inglés-Español (indispensable)- 1 año de experiência en Coordinación de transportistas y envío de mercancía.- Conocimiento en procesos de embarque- Conocimiento en procesos de marítimos- Conocimiento de traslados y custodia de mercancía- Manejo de MS Office- Manejo avanzado de Excel- Uso de SAPBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- caja de ahorro- comedor- fondo de ahorro- Bono de Puntualidad- Bono de Asistencia- Vales de Despensa- Días de permiso por matrimonio- Días de permiso por enfermedad- Días de permiso por fallecimiento de familiar directo**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Logística/Transporte**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Turno Matutino- Lunes a viernes**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p.viajar** No
