Job Title: CAD Design ExpertAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Design Expert to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality layouts for delivery stations while supporting construction, engineering, and cross-functional partners.Key Responsibilities:- Design Development: Produce detailed CAD drawings for delivery station layouts, including equipment, workspaces, and infrastructure.- Apply current design standards and incorporate upcoming design initiatives into all drawing sets.Collaboration:- Partner with Design Engineers, fellow CAD Drafters, World Wide Engineering (WWE), Pre-Construction, Construction, external architects, MHE vendors, and Launch Execution teams.- Ensure design packages are complete, accurate, and approved on time.Stakeholder Engagement:- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on permit sets, structural drawings, elevations, and floorplans.- Address and resolve design-related questions in a timely manner.Quality Assurance:- Participate in design peer reviews and follow established design checklists and standards.- Incorporate feedback from Design Engineers to deliver zero-defect outputs.Project Execution:- Deliver new designs, post-permit updates, expansions, and retrofit projects for delivery stations.- Contribute to improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and operational capacity.Process Improvement:- Apply new design templates, safety protocols, and process enhancements to standard drafting practices.
