At ABB, we help industries outrun - leaner and cleaner.Here, progress is an expectation - for you, your team, and the world.As a global market leader, we'll give you what you need to make it happen.It won't always be easy, growing takes grit.But at ABB, you'll never run alone.Run what runs the worldThis Position reports to:Service ManagerIn this role, you will have the opportunity to prepare, distribute, and store accurate customer, ABB, and supplier documents for projects as per the division's/project's procedures in a timely manner.Each day, you will ensure effective version control and status tracking.You will also showcase your expertise by maintaining a high level of data quality and supporting engineers and Project Managers with accurate on-demand status and milestone reporting.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Electrification Services division in Mexico.You will be mainly accountable for:- Ensuring and delivering REPSE document control and communication process is available according to the project's scope and requirements.- Guaranteeing compliance with relevant contractual and REPSE requirements.- Communicating appropriate documentation updates to customer and other stakeholders effectively and in a timely manner and providing accurate progress reporting.- Informing the Project Manager actively in the event of new requirements from the customer that may cause changes in the document management process and/or scope.Qualifications for the role- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related fields.- 2+ Years experience in documentation compliance and control for HSE or Quality areas.- Advance Excel (Vlookup, Big data) to look for information from different sources and synthesize in a single file.- SAP experience required- Salesforce experience preferred.- Advanced English
