**Operations Manager - Load Centers Unit**:**At ABB, we are dedicated to addressing global challenges.Our core values: care, courage, curiosity, and collaboration - combined with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities - are key drivers in our aim to empower everyone to create sustainable solutions.That's our story.Make it your story.**:**This position reports to**:Operations Manager**Your role and responsibilities**:In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure efficient and cost-effective production results.Each day, you will be responsible to meet order demand, specifications, quality, and planning targets through the coordination and management of plant equipment, personnel, and production processes (quantity, quality, budgeted costs, and proper productivity level).You will also showcase your expertise by developing programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance while optimizing working capital throughout Operations.The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.This role is contributing to the factory of Electrification Smart Buildings division in Ramos Arizpe.You will be mainly accountable for: - Monitoring plan implementation and tracking any deviations for corrective action.- Preparing annual budget, overseeing progress, and determining measures to address cost-related issues as necessary, to manage operations within the allocated budget and resources.- Developing programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance while optimizing working capital throughout Operations.- Ensuring that the organization takes into account an overall value chain perspective to meet customer expectations as per agreed quality, service levels, and lead time.Our team dynamics You will join a high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.**Qualifications for the role**:- You have experience in the operations area (production) in the industry or a similar field.- Ability to demonstrate skills in leading complex multidisciplinary teams.- You have experience managing indicators (KPIs) with positive results.- Ability to develop and implement strategies aligned with global guidelines.- Knowledge in quality, manufacturing, demand planning, or continuous improvement is an asset.- Experience in the electrification industry is a plus.- Experience with SAP is valuable.- You can communicate easily in English at a fluent level.- You have completed a bachelor's degree in engineering.**What's in it for you?**:- Play a part in anticipating, sensing and responding to technology trends- Join an undiscussed market leader, a strong brand that markets high quality products- Get exposed to cutting-edge technology in Electrification and have a visible impact on the future**Benefits**:- Paid Parental leave (gender neutral)- Life insurance- Retirement plan- Accident insurance- Wellbeing program- Dental insurance- Flex days- Employee Assistance Program (PAE)- Development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)**More about us**:
