You are curious, persistent, logical and clever - a true techie at heart.You enjoy living by the code of your craft and developing elegant solutions for complex problems.If this sounds like you, this could be the perfect opportunity to join EPAM as a **Lead IT Infrastructure Support Engineer **.Scroll down to learn more about the position's responsibilities and requirements.**Responsibilities**:- Providing support to end-users to solve end user computing issues and facilitate resolution of IT-related issues- Local hardware management including installation, move, add and change (PCs, thin clients, notebooks, printers, servers)- Office infrastructure systems maintenance and software installation- Server room maintenance and environment monitoring- Maintaining and updating hardware inventory- Follow all IT-related Work Instruction- Assist in preparation for external audits (ISO *****, ISAE)- Follow up with 1/3 tier teams on issue resolution solutions- Responsible for KPI/SLA fulfillment- Responsible for stock management**Requirements**:- Ability to work in a distributed team environment- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and SLAs- Ability to work under pressure- Knowledge of end user computing technology with a minimum of 5 years IT experience- Experience troubleshooting network client/server issues- Experience with desktops, thin clients and laptop hardware- Knowledge of Active directory, group policies- General understanding of IT Service Management practices involving service request management, change management, asset management, incident management, and problem management:- Excelent knowledge Windows 10/OS X.
