Desarrollar oportunidades comerciales de refrigeración industrial.Abrir nuevos mercados en LATAM para aplicaciones de enfriamiento crítico. Sobre nuestro cliente Nuestro cliente es una empresa global líder en soluciones de enfriamiento industrial, reconocida por su enfoque en la innovación y la calidad de sus productos. Descripción Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial para la región LATAM.Identificar, prospectar y ganar nuevas oportunidades con clientes industriales (manufactura, data centers, alimentos y bebidas, químico, automotriz y contratistas HVAC).Construir relaciones sólidas con firmas de ingeniería, EPCs, consultores y tomadores de decisión.Gestionar el ciclo completo de venta: prospección, presentaciones técnicas, trabajo de especificación, propuestas y negociación.Colaborar con equipos internos de ingeniería y operaciones para garantizar soluciones técnicas precisas y soporte al proyecto.Monitorear tendencias del mercado, actividad de la competencia y oportunidades emergentes en el sector de enfriamiento industrial.Representar a la empresa en ferias, eventos técnicos y visitas a clientes en la región. Perfil buscado Licenciatura en Ingeniería (Mecánica, Industrial, Mecatrónica o afín).5+ años de experiencia en ventas o desarrollo de negocios dentro de enfriamiento industrial, sistemas evaporativos, HVAC industrial, refrigeración, chillers o equipo de proceso.Fuerte capacidad técnica y experiencia en ventas basadas en proyectos y especificación.Experiencia trabajando con EPCs, firmas de ingeniería y clientes industriales.Inglés avanzado (C1+) obligatorio.Disponibilidad para viajar por la región LATAM.
